How to Cope With Stress (Secondary English)


Nowadays there are many cases of young people having stress. The symptoms are

impatient in their daily life, fatigue, headache, back pains and the worst scenario is the thought of suicide


There are few steps to overcome stress in life. The first one is to take a break. We should spend some time to do our hobbies such as playing online games. It can release the stress and boost the adrenalin hormon.

Secondly, we should do exercise on a regular basis. It can helps the blood circulatory to move and helps secrete good hormones in the body. We can reduce the risk of getting severe disease such as diabetis, stroke and obesity which may lead to a stressful life.

 

Other than that, we should get plenty of sleep. During the sleep, our body will repair itself which can help them to optimum their function.


Last but not least we must learn to talk to others. It takes courage to open up especially when it relates with private matter. Choose the right person to talk and make sure we can trust them. Sometimes we just need a shoulder to cry in order to feel relief. It feels good to share the burden with someone.

 

As a conclusion parents and educators can take steps to provide stability and support that help young people feel better
